you may need to get it texturized to make it lighter.. you gotta have a lot of length! The guy you're talking about is Jordan.. his youtube channel is ***** and I think his hair was about 6 inches in this video.

have you watched the video I told you to watch? You need to say "I want a size 3 clippers for the sides and back of my head, and leave the top long. Also, don't fade the sides" I think something like that should work :)
