So, this growing amplitude wave condition (at 4:04) is true about waves in general; like physical movement of an object ? What about two waves working in conjugate relationship, like Voltage and Current ?

Yes it will follow if the energy is added to the system like in case of internal friction induced vibration or flow induced vibration. Over damping in a system occurs when plzz answer A. roots are complex conjugate B. Roots are equal C. Independent of the equation D. Roots are real

Can you please tell what are the ℇ, “v” and “e” in the equations? Damping Factor is the same as Damping Ratio? ℇ = 0.57721 (Euler's constant) ? e ≈ 2.718 (Euler's number) ? v = Velocity? Voltage ? S:)
