more like theyre strong in different areas, zack seemed to be ever so slightly better at deadlift, and Jackson and peter seemed dead even with benchpress, but zack did win the pushing thingy so maybe hes got the strongest upper body and legs while jackson and peter have stronger cores and arm muscles. I mean just by looking at jackson and peter they look built af!!

I don't think Zack goes to the gym often unless he recently started going consistently. I think only Peter has a routine
@relo999
@relo999 2 жыл бұрын
Zacks gym routine probably doesn't exist. As a fat dude myself, to quote my doctor as to why I'm strong: "Imagine carrying 30 kilo of dead weight around always, that what makes you strong". The same is true for Zack, being the chubbiest underdog means he has the most dead weight meaning he lifts the most when doing normal shit like standing up and bending over and general normal life stuff. You can simulate it living with extra weights on yourself, but realistically it's unfeasible. For context when I was in highschool I weight 110kg, and those sitting foot press things went up to 150. I had no issue whatsoever with maxing it out as for me it was functionally like I deadlifting 40kg, which any healthy highschooler of my height should be able to do without much issue I imagine. Meanwhile my friend who was 70kg couldn't come close to maxing it out, as for him it was functionally like deadlifting 80kg even though he was much sportier (granted he rid his bike 3 hours a day to get to and from school, but didn't do any power training). I might use the term deadlift wrong though.

I figured out each of your workout strengths and weaknesses Little Z: Strength:… strength, Weakness: endurance (you did great at the shorter strength challenges like the sled and deadlift, but fell short on the longer ones, such as the bike and plank.) Hopcat: Strength: experienced and adaptable Weakness: too pressured (he knew every exercise well, but seemed like he was willing to die to win, which pushed him to nearly hurting himself) Jordan: Strength: Open to try anything Weakness: inexperience (he looked forward to each exercise, but didn’t know any of them due to never being to a gym) Jackson: Strength: tall and slender Weakness: leg strength (his body was built perfectly for core exercise, but his slim frame messed with the maximum weight his legs could handle for how long. Jackson did much better on the arm and core exercises, like the plank, bench press, and jumps, due to him being tall, but he came second to last in deadlifts and last in sleds as they were both leg intensive.) @@Hater20X You don't walk on your upper body. It's fat people leg strength from carrying around 30-40kg extra all day your entire life. Not hating at all btw just how it is. I'm the same way, also definitely have above average leg strength because of weight.

I love how there's no toxic masculinity between any of them and they just support each other, not caring about how low they get. Also, the new channels are absolutely amazing. Kinda late to this one.

You guys have to do this again! Seriously so much fun to watch, and it actually motivated my lazy ass to get up and exercise along with you. Thanks for all the videos (love the changes to the channel btw), keep up the great work everyone!

This was a really amazing video; not only was it absolutely full of entertainment and all around good vibes, but it also taught me that no matter your current body type there's no wrong in going to the gym to better yourself. You all really made it pretty fun to hang around with friends doing exercise and showed us that different bodies are better suited for different activities but in the end there's no real winning, only growing stronger and better. As someone that struggles with weight problems this video made me feel a lot better, so thank you Underdogs, for this great video

you can literally see Z slowly getting possessed by the bro spirit as the weight goes up 😤🔥 also don’t worry about the skin tearing there by the fingers, it’s fairly common and calluses build there pretty quickly!

For other Americans to put 60kg bench into perspective, that’s about the bar with 45s on the side. Great workout underdogs! It’s getting me motivated to get at it again 👏
