@@rhyssamuel7908 I know you're joking, but as the MP tryhard, I just need to say. There's a lot of strategies you can abuse to land on luck spaces. Custom dicing, using cursed dice on yourself, or intentionally swapping yourself when you're on a spot that doesn't have many spaces are the common ones. You can also spam double and triple and run laps on certain parts to specifically land on a certain space, or take a longer path, I once did that to land on Koopa Bank and won the game. That said, in this game, the best stats would be to abuse the tree, boo if you can, and chance time.

16:49 HopCat, if you use the double dice block, you actually have worse odds of rolling a 9. With a normal dice, the odds of rolling a 9 are 1 in 10, so 10%. With two dice, there are 100 possible combinations. Only 8 of these combinations give you a 9 (1 and 8 / 2 and 7 / 3 and 6 / 4 and 5 / 5 and 4 / 6 and 3 / 7 and 2 / 8 and 1). 8 combinations out of 100 gives you a probability of 8% to roll a 9. Rolling a single dice would have been better, since the odds were 10%.

This is basically Mario Party 10. Stars didn't exist and mini games gave you mini stars. The winner was determined by who has the most mini stars.

@@Rat_the_Renegade I think its underrated. The kart does suck but this was my introduction to mario party. I think it does mostly everything right, minigames, boards, all of that. But I feel like the kart holds it back. But I'm the person who enjoyed mario party island tour.

@@Rat_the_Renegade the kart removes a lot of the games complexity a lot of the time. It's sad. But I still like it. But I liked island tour so what am I saying. If you dont know, island tour is pretty hated. It has the linear boards of mario party 9 and 10, but not kart, also combined with that some of the boards suck. My favorite by far is bowsers peculiar cliff. Something like that anyway. Some people think it's a train wreck but I enjoyed it.

It doesn't really make sense to compare them. Alpharad's definitely had more planning and thought put into it regarding specific parts of the rules, especially in the second variant, whereas the Underdogs where making it up on the fly. They've also clearly taken Alpharad's ideas before.
