As soon as whatever played track is flagged for copyright 'infringement', impacting the channel or not, the publisher behind the track and its entire catalog will be banned for being played by Digital Spider in the future.
The reason behind such decision is that all tracks are purchased from vendor's platforms selling music material targeting performing DJs and the material is specifically made available for purchase knowing that it will be part of a public show. If a publisher is selling materials on a platform targeting DJs and do not accept that DJs freely plays the track after the purchase, ex; like during a performance mixing tracks together using all sort of technics. Making money with the performance or not, the buyer should not have the need for a 'special permission' from the publisher or the author, since again the tracks were specifically made to be mixed with other tracks by DJs and sold for that purpose, the sales must include public performance rights.
If you wish to have your track(s) played by Digital Spider, make sure to send your track(s) directly to Digital Spider with a statement confirming that you entirely created the track(s), own the entire content, and that you give the permission for the track to be played without any sort of imitation regarding its use and regardless of whatever contract you may have with a publisher, now and in the future.
