Why gates are looked ? Open Neglect. People don't walk on footpaths because shopkeepers forcefully keep their stuff on footpaths and force commuters to walk on roads instead.In Delhi people pass nicely underpass.We need roads for cyclists in jammu and more stadiums for children.But for all that people must ask for these necessaties.The society needs to get more aware and educated.Ask for good things.
