As a person in the Gacha Community I can agree with this. Videos don't nearly take as much effort than animations get more support than a ton of great animations! Some gacha videos even get 3M views within a pretty short amount of time :/

I’m starting to see a pattern. Usually animations with interesting or moving backgrounds get more appreciation. And the more boring or jarring backgrounds, like a still photo of the sky or space, makes the animation slightly less appealing. I’m not an expert, don’t take me seriously.
