So much awesome thrash! Enjoying checking things that you talk about, especially as I have for the most part been completely oblivious to thrash outside of the few big bands I always listen to (Slayer, Kreator, Sodom...)

I had the reissue of Epidemic's, DECAMERON, playing on my turntable when YT notified me of this video. Great stuff and a lot of it I've never heard before. the Kat and Necropolis are 2 I'm definitely gonna check out. Thanks!

Nice shirt. DEFIANCE good one. Checking out EPIDEMIC right now, didnt know them at all. I am listening to the album you showed and its very intense, really good. PHANTASM demo i have it on vinyl. Do you know the L.A KAOS demo, pre-HIRAX?, more heavy metal but nice too.

@@analogarchives Yes, i put that EPIDEMIC on my want list to buy in a future. L.A KAOS is really primative heavy metal very much influenced by the NWOBHM. Have a good weekend.

I always thought the Cabal record Killjoy did was basically the follow up shit to Season of the Dead. Haven't heard that Killjoy record but the Cabal smoooookes. No one ever talks about that Minotaur and yeah it rules. Up there with Violent Force for underappreciated German thrash.

Killjoy talked about a couple of the songs on the record as Necrophagia songs on the sotd follow up, but guess they just ended up on hus s/t . Cabal was going to be on my part 2 for sure.

Dennis I have found great stuff at amoeba and a few other records spots in the Bay area but the place that I found the most gems is streetlight records in Cambell.. way better than the Rasputin next to it..

Awesome vid and you showed me a few bands I hadn’t heard. Wanna sell one of those Necropolis records? Let me know. Shit sounds ripping. My copy of Ulysses Siren.... I bought it on eBay for too much. The label and pressing was listed in metal-archives. I get it and it’s totally generic packaging. The cover smallish in the center with a blue border. Pro printed CDR? I got fucked. But man is that a crushing band that sadly never got their due. Anyway... talk with ya in the stream tomorrow night!
