😀In tough times new skills and methods are devolped sometimes....work with what you've got or keep trying new things is what she does maybe .... I'm not saying she is in tough situation or other but she probably more like try as you go along as long as there is heat and utensils is all will be needed

I think they just took the cookie out of the fridge and bring it to you usually cold stuff can have a grey or moldy look same thing happens to other cooked foods that had oil in it that usually turns white or yellow when it'd been cold in the fridge the oil becomes solid same thing with chocolate..... but then again who knows when they made that if they took it from the fridge.... i can understand it might melt the chocolate pattern but they could have had time just make you fresher one.... doesn't matter now I suppose
