I've just started the game on league 3. Obviously i noticed each promotion drops % by 20% but not overall quality number of player. How does this 180% work when most my teams in 60-80%.

What is going on when some teams have players with every stat at 3000% or more? The 180 rule doesn’t seem to stop whatever they’re doing

It is because when you go next upper divisions. Their attributes seems to you higher comparison to your players. So for them it seems also 180%. T

Your overall % is the overall of your players vs the players on the same level as you. So if a level 50 played game (non event) vs a level 5, his stats will seem to be 300%+ to the level 5 player but the level 50 player it will show about 90-120% overall..

If you want to see their overall % relative to them, click on their profile, then click on assosiations, then click on their profile again and you will see what their overall team value is relative to them.... you will theoretically only get matched against 180%+ players if the event rules do not specifically state the club levels will be regarded the same. Hope this helps. So do not waste money trying to achieve this infamous 300% rating.... your max % relative to your level is 180% and thats as good as it gets for you.

If I want to improve a player’s speed using pass and shoot which is speed, shooting and passing and all those 3 stats are highlighted, is that the best way to improve or r u saying I should find a drill with speed and the rest are unhighlighted stats.

Use Pass and shoot until the Player has those Attributes very high (~450% total If youre f2p), then use another Drill that trains Speed and Other White stats. They are more Important.

I barely have enough rest pack to train anybody. 👁️👄👁️ And when I have enough rest pack i spent it on players before a match start. So i can't train anybody. 😂😂

Hmm interesting, I never use my rest packs before matches, I would recommend having a 2nd team or maybe rotate players :=)

I'm like you and can't train due to lack of rests. The really good teams are buying their way to the top. It's your choice I guess

Is it bad to try and have a full squad of u21 players and train all of them and then use rests on players playing.

Depends on how you want to play the game, if you want to play chill, then full squad of u21 will do the job, if you want to play competitive, then you have to start looking for FT players, train players and etc :)

white attributes are highlighted depending on positions meaning those are the ones you focus on training

I've tried the drills used about 80 packs still no improvement the player is a striker at [125] 41
