If our tenant is in the UK, but have US employees on our UK tenant, can I assign a "Advanced Data Residency" licence to each US employee and tell O365 to reside each users data in the US ? - and not the UK

Hello, Thank you for this video.. can this feature be used if tenant is in UAE and the data center residency is in South Africa? or Europe? and data residency move request has been closed? Thank you
