Understand High-Level Jiu Jitsu - Murilo Santana vs. Sinistro

Jiu-Jitsu Analysis of one of my favorite competitors, Murilo Santana. During this match study, I will be going into detail of how Murilo applies his extreme pressure.

Thank you so much. I am a huge fan of Murilo and recently bought his bjj fanatics dvd. It helped me to understand his game a lot better. Yet when I watch his competition footage the us so much I miss. Thanks to your video I learned how to deal with the double butterfly and how he goes for the over over. Also this half guard prevention hook was so sneaky. Thanks for the great work. Do you know how he deals with the half butterfly?

that was dope. probably the whole thing in 75% (which i think where you landed) makes sense. the tools work really well (highlighting limb positions). nice job having a nice balance of explaining what actually happened vs. what options each person had. and also i think you hit a sweet spot with being concise but also precise.

Loved this! Its interesting to see somone break down somone else's game. As for critizism, maybe you could end the video video with some kind of TLDR, as a reference of what to think of if you want to play this game. I think that is something Lachlan Giles does well in his instructionals. First he walks you through the techniques and details, wich you did well, and in the end he puts it all together. It makes it digestible and makes people want to come back to the video. Awesome job, love your DLR sweep; and looking forward to seeing your take on other top competitors games!
