Great video! Lots of clarity here ❤ For me, my frustration doesn’t come from my shadow but it comes from feeling the man responding from his conditioning instead of his true self. It just feels like such a missed opportunity. It takes a lot of consciousness and a lot of energy to face these things consciously. But once you can see it happening clearly then it starts to lose its power to control the manifestations of the relating.

It’s really all about seeing these patterns clearly and once they’re brought into the light then it makes relating sooo much easier and so much more fulfilling, connected and sensual. Intimacy is so fun. Learning how to keep your individuation while fully connecting. I think most profound parts of life are paradoxes. 😅

This is 💯 However, Re the point about women getting upset by his defensiveness: that's because it is, in my experience, oftentimes expressed so aggressively. Therefore, it can be frightening - perhaps intentionally, to deter her from thinking she can ever question or challenge him again. This is a major, if not THE major obstacle. I'm not necessarily talking about a physically violent reaction either.
