Grateful for all this information! I practice Qi Gong for 20 years but I was a dancer in the past...so you are opening some doors to me when you teach about Conscious Dance!!

Amara projects such delightful energy as she describes the history/lineages.... I have experienced Feldenkrais movement years ago with great benefits. Not familiar with all the teachers you mentioned except have heard of Gabriel Roth. I joined a Sacred Circle Dance and went once a month and enjoyed the spirituality through movement but it stopped due to Lock downs. We tried it on Zoom twice but did not translate to solo dancing as holding hands in circle was one of the main parts of that dance form. Will explore more through 2022 Embodied Movement Conference in February..... looking forward to it !

Magalinia for me Nia would be considered Conscious Movement and not Conscious Dance but this is only my perspective and there are no right or wrong. Thank you for asking ...
