You will need to have software or app. There you will find "scan" option and all scanned documents will save to your PC or phone.

You did well describing the words on the panel. You were very easy to understand and your video is very clear. But after reading through the comments, it seems as if many of us have additional questions. Such as how you change the quality of the print, how do you scan a print, etc. I believe if you could make a video answering some of these questions in the comments, it would be excellent. Will you try again? My printer is exactly like the one in your video and the best thing that it does is collect dust. Simply because I can't figure out all the functions.

Thank you so much. I just needed to know WHY it wouldn’t print. I did everything. Surely I didn’t need both inks for it to work. But then you said it! THANK YOU! I also didn’t get a user guide with mine. Smh

mine is printing blank pages. i already did the installation and chose to connect by USB. this other canon printer i have is printing with horizontal white streaks. these dayum printers are a pain in the behind....

I was hoping against hope that you were going to be solving my problem! But it didn't happen! Sometimes the buttons did perform the way you explained it. And sometimes they didn't! Sometimes you push one of the buttons and you can't get out of that situation either! Ticking me off big time: I can't connect up to my wireless router so I can't print!

Peace be upon you. I have one copy with my printer. It is not used at all except that it turns on the light in front of the power button. May God reward you with good. Do you know what the problem is or the solution for the Canon TS3440?

This is good since Canon offers no information on the operation of the printer. I use Linux and there are many drivers available but not the driver for my TS3522. I just bought it and have tried a generic driver and the driver sends the data via usb but the printer does nothing. I ope you can find out what the numbers mean on the display since Canon documentation says nothing. I have been able to scan and print a test page but that is all it will do.

Yes, like how to shut the printer off. Every time I push the power button to shut it down it goes into blinkin mode and I can't shut the damn thing off. So far this printer has been a real pain. Previous printer, s Pixma (4 yrs ago), was far easier to operate, definitely a plug and play!

I'm sorry, I'll try to make a video on that. In the meantime, try going to your phone or computer where the printer is connected to, go to printer app on your phone or "printers and devices" folder on your computer and select "scan" option from the installed printer menu.

Worst printer ever! I had switch to a new internet modem and now it won’t work, tried resetting wifi settings and it doesn’t even connect to my phone anymore???
