Hey Max! Very interesting dream journeys with Darren! I also sometimes read back on my journals and have zero recollection of certain dreams! It's always so strange to read the dream when this happens.

This is a very interesting topic. I should like to meet my alters more in lucid dreams. I meet them often in normal dreams but my memories of these are not very clear. Ive been having lucid dreams since i was about 7 years old. its been a passion and even obession my whole life. Cause basically its just so exciting when you have one. You sense the immense potential of it. I am definately going to try this approach...it actively open to meeting some of the inside people. Im thinking about the concept and reality of "integration" and although i dont know that much about it (many systems are happy to choose not to intergrate) I have read of one or two intergrations happening in dream states. So these two subjects DID and lucid dreaming is full of so much potential. Communicating with alters, learning more about them and their reason for being. Please believe me when I say that I'm not glad you have this disorder, but talk about making the best of it. I'm definitely subscribed and as a viewer who has only seen this video thus far I hope that this practice has helped you. I hope this isn't coming off as offensive or insensitive but what I'm trying to say is that this honestly just makes for interesting content. I have no idea why you don't have a lot more subscribers.

Hey bro great video I'm halfway through getting back to it now, sounds like shopping malls are a great dream sign for you daydreaming about them throughout the day May lead to some lucidity. :-)
