@@shubhamjha3066 Thank you Subham... okay, let me tell you in detail - - for public company and government non-eligible company, the ceiling limit of acceptance of deposit from members is 35% and from public 0%. - for IFSC public company the ceiling limit of acceptance of deposit from members is 100% and from public is 0%. - eligible non-government company and eligible government company both comes under ‘eligible public company'. for an eligible non-government company, the ceiling limit of acceptance of deposit from members is 10% and from public is 25%. for an eligible government company, the ceiling limit of acceptance of deposit from members and from public combinely 35%. Cross check it with latest amendments. Sorry for the late response. Hope it will help you.

Doubt in point 12 note. If refund period hi kisi contract m 15 days se zyada hai.. and if tb 15 days k Baad refund krte h toh voh deposit hoga ya nhi ?

Refund period se matlab nahi. Last date of refund ke 15 days baad the amount will be treated as deposit.
