I was wondering if the flotation of flur is different in salt water?

Saltwater is denser than fresh so it would sink less than in fresh but it still sinks better than nylon compounds

Is there any suggestions you can give me for determining hook size. I have a bunch of flys but they don't don't have size. Are there hook templates out there? Thank You
