i had an amazing meditation today. i rubbed my feet back and forth on the floor till they got super warm. then focused on the warm feeling till it over took my whole body n the feeling that came was pure bliss . i was surrounded by bliss warmth love peace joy. with a rainbow of colors playing behind my eyelids in a dark room.. it was an amazing moment to me

Oh John. You were supposed to post this video today and I was supposed to watch it today. I think I saw you on a deconstruction video once, but that's not where I first encountered you. I think it was on Alex's channel. So I subscribed. I've been in bed for two days over something that happened Thursday afternoon. It's been eating at me. It brought into question my integrity, my honesty, which is so important to me. I wasn't accused of lying, but that's where it was going. I was so defensive in my mind, not in front of this person, that I thought hook me up to a lie detector machine and you'll to see that I'm telling the truth. My whole life I've been accused of everything (CPTSD thanks to a narcissistic mother). I've done quite a lot of healing, but only today, a couple of hours ago, this thought came to me: Is my frequency not high enough, that I'm drawing in people who think I'm still the empath without boundaries? John, I have never questioned my frequency, but I knew that I raised it, because I was much more positive and my personality changed as a result of doing a lot of healing and reciting positive affirmations. A few hours before I saw the video, but long after you posted it, this is when that thought came to mind. I realized I had not been posting and reciting positive affirmations; in fact I was doing the opposite. I'd become more negative. I recognized what I needed, but wondered how to start again. Shortly after I clicked on this video, I knew why that thought came to mind today and this was my answer. You confirmed the reason for the thought and you told me how to start again. I have a young friend who is still new in her deconstruction journey. She asked me to pray for her, but then caught herself. She asked me about prayer, because that was what she was used to doing and wondered if there was a replacement? She asked if I prayed. I said this is my prayer. I ask my guides and whatever benevolent entity might be out there, to instruct me, to help make me be the best version of myself. I said I don't repeat that prayer - I think I prayed once. Unlike Christianity, you don't have to pray without ceasing. I said the universe will give you what you need when you need it. She was so excited and relieved. Today the universe gave me what I needed on the day I needed it. ❤️ Thank you John.

I agree with you!!! Please do not forget the universe will test you. You think you are doing something with unconditional love, you may be tested. For example.. I have been cooking 5+ years for my wife as she has dementia. I really do not mind doing all the cooking, dish washing ect... But I was telling myself I am such a good person as I was doing this unconditionaly.... With in a day of me thinking that my wife had a bad day... She screamed about 6" away from my face "I do all work around here and everything for you". I really to sit back and think ... This is a test. ... She now is in a memory care facility.... I have never been so tested in my entire life having my soulmate treat me that way.

I always was confused with "What you put out is what you get back" and still I don't understand perfectly. I am recovering people pleaser lol. What I'm slowly discovering is that, people pleasing is coming from frequecy of anxiety, and that's why I have a lot of confusion about my frequencies. It seemed I was doing a lot of "good deeds" but nothing was coming back. Now I need to be more conscious of my frequency then of my deeds. Lot of things were messed up in my life in regards to frequencies. When I would speak my truth they would call me negative, when I was happy they called me crazy, when I was excited they were rushing to destroy my excitement. So, on the moust of my positive frequencies is put a negative meaning, and this responses from others are still happening. But, I noticed that I now can choose to rise above their negative responses by not matching their frequency. I just recently found this out with the help of Bashar. And what you speak John, resonates with me perfectly. Thank you for making it that simple. I appreciate you❤

are you coming to Florida ? good for you.. you can def reach more doing videos.. i limited my individual sessions and do the videos, create books and do group sessions.. for me.. when someone acts out in fear it is also the fear that they may step out of their beliefs if they accept or are open to others information so it keeps them save and don't want to.. it is a fight within them selves to lash out at others that might change the false version of self, identity and ego.. aka what they believe.. it is what they know and so the ego don't want to know anything else other then what it knows because the ego believes it is true.. they don't know anything else nothing wrong with it but it just creates an illusion and a response to lash out if it isn't in alignment with love

I am so loving yet I am extremely hypersensitive to electric magnetic radiation, my body reacts badly when I come in contact with these frequencies, and so isolated from society as many people do not like being out of these frequencies anymore, I help whoever I come across, although living remotely, this does not happen often, how do I deal with that? Any ideas, I am separated from society as a result and will talk to and love animals and plants, which give me plenty of love back. Hello John and thank you. I became so angry yesterday I was shaking. I'm ok today and open to growth, not stuck there, but happens often. I'm a housekeeper for a man who has limited awareness. I'm on 24x7 vigilance duty and was woke up during a nap due to hearing loud crashing noises set off on purpose to wake me up instead of making a decision by himself to close the garage door and take a nap himself. My friend said "you are not being played" when I told her about it. If I'm not being played, what is it? Should I have lowered by vibration and took it in stride? How do you do that? How do I keep the anger from intruding? I do want to learn how to get through these situations without becoming angry. Thank you.

Here’s a better example than you are at now. You keep trying to apply it to physical science when it is a metaphysical phenomenon. Ok … I have a partner. He believes in disease. He believes you can hurt him. He has guns and where he is a nice guy, his life is governed by fear. Me? Completely different. I know dis-ease is an inside job. I know you can’t hurt me. I know my abundance is being able to do what I need to do when I need to do it and I feel abundant. My partner thinks I am going deaf because I don’t hear 40% or more of what HE has to say. All of which would be out of resonance to me. I know why. He has no clue. That’s how it works.
