LOL, I think overwhelmed might be an understatement. I've downloaded but haven't started yet and after seeing this I'm just a little reluctant. If I want to play a game I want to play. Seems like gearing could end up taking a significant amount of time but as you and all the other CC's I watch are raving over it I guess I will give it a chance.

I'd say give it a chance and just know that it takes a little bit to understand what's going on but I think that's normal for the space whether it's this game or RAID or anything else. Just make sure to use my link if you're gonna try it haha!

The biggest thing is knowing that it’s OK to put some defensive stats on a damage dealer. My Bedivere does just fine while having hp% on my amulet. His damage is still fantastic, and he survives much longer. Not every character needs to eke out EVERY point of damage possible constantly. Surviving long enough to get another attack is my goal.

Really hope this game takes off. I'm having a blast. Ive been looking for a good collector game since I left RAID 6 months ago. Almost all of my problems with RAID have been fixed in KALR. Getting my 15th copy of Yakarl and never getting a Siphi was the last straw for me. The fact you can target champions here in the shop means that will never happen, and if it does then you can turn in to buy the champion you want.

That's how I feel. It's been a refreshing change of pace from RAID and something I actually enjoy playing. Way more player friendly as well.

World of Warcraft was the same with hit rating but the same stat for casters and melee. This game added 3 more variables in this category. I see you had 6* gear and that would have been cool to see how much it costs to enhance as I've only made it to 5*. I'll gamble saying it will be 700,000 per piece of gear right out the gate. Noticed the Battlenet on your screen, do you play Hero's of the Storm?

For arena Morgan is best for the arena. Build her with as much speed as you can. Speed is king. Aim for Strife set on that bedirvire. Some KZbin tips I learnt.

Yep just rebuilt her to be a lot faster and definitely throwing a Strife set on him as soon as I get it.

My team is in high resistance stats. It helps in pve, but it shuts down a lot of teams in pvp, too.

The game is significantly friendlier to players across the board. Enjoying it a lot right now especially with how stale and player unfriendly RAID has become.

I think it’s hilarious that what’s left of the Raid C.C’s are barely putting out videos. If any at all. Honestly they don’t deserve any coverage at this point and if raid survives to 2026. I will genuinely be surprised. It’s absolutely not player friendly. The Extreme gatekeeping of champ pulls through terrible shard rates and poor rewards in events is ridiculous. For example i have been on the 4 mythical chest piece mission for Marius for 2 months 11 days. 50 11 days and over 7300 energy through various hard dungeons.

I think everyone is just frustrated by the lack of wins to celebrate. It's been an incredibly shitty year for RAID and the greed that Plarium has shown is finally catching up to it. I wish it were different but they just don't seem to care about the player base whatsoever.

This is why i moved to king arthur and watcher of realms and already watcher of realms is way more player friendly they give you a ton and its easier to progress

Raid is SO repetitive and punished by hose that don’t participate for hours per day. The high cost for very little reward most times made me dread logging in to do daily quests.
