May be a dumb question but ..... since having to remove the spring in most or all rotaries to use cartridges . Would i still be able to use the “give” on a machine along with the cartridge with membrain? Wouldnt using the ‘give ‘ with a membrain be like using a spring with membrain? Hope it makes sence lol , I wont know if i dont ask. Still new to the cartridge world . Thanks in advance

Can you adjust the give on the fkirons spektra flux? I just got that one.
@MicroBeauIntl3 жыл бұрын
No, the Flux is a direct drive machine.

So on soft settings it will give you more time to spend on building values ? Is that what your stating ?

So is the give on ‘hard’ the same as a direct drive?

Why is it so hard to find out the cycles per second of this machine while operating within the recommended voltage perameters?

Is there anywhere you can purchase a new give knob. I think I may have run the machine and started it again between adjustments so now the knob flies off and doesn’t feel like it as steady. Machine still works fine seemingly but is noticeably louder since that happened. I looked quite a lot but can not find this part available anywhere. Any reply and help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! We do not sell the give know separately, but you can always turn your machine in for service, if needed :)

What the best machine for lining and shading the red or silver at why it has a same voltage

Ultimately aren’t you trying to insert the ink into the papillary dermis? So with the soft setting are you achieving this?

They gave me wrong cord and charged me $60 for that. I paid around $1800 on the machine set, which was too much for the machine that many features in it is still in the dark for everyone

Is it possible to outline and shade without adjusting give? Or I need to use different setups for each my works? If I am not mistaken for outline I have to adjust as harder and for shading work softer? Has the Xion able to make very soft shades and stroke outlines at the same time just by using power supply volts?
@alkatraz7065 жыл бұрын
I use direct drive rotary it has no give whatsoever...I use my hand to put more pressure on lining and less pressure when doing soft shading..no need to adjust anything on the machine..I find more convenient, do it like you are drawing on paper

I use my xion with no give for lining, shading and color packing and it works well. I've been having problems with saturating my colors and even black amd grey at times. I use the 3.2mm cam. I'm going to switch it out for the 3.7 tomorrow actually and start using some give while shading and packing. I think this will help my problem of snagging at times and seemingly good saturation that doesn't last like usual. If that makes sense.

@@jacobfoster9383 how did changing the cam workout for you?? I was having the same problems as you with the 3.2 cam

Any issues with “give” can be easily compensated for with hand speed and movement… don’t overcomplicate a very simple thing… understand the fundamentals of what the machine is doing… it makes the needle go up and down… simple.

so...."give" is having the needles further out of the machine?
@MeeAndChicken6 жыл бұрын
Shani Madden no, that's throw. Give is how how force the needle will hit, almost like the difference between getting punched with a stiff jab and being punched by a loose jab.

The "give" is in your hand. Yes the machine helps. But its ultimately in your hand.
@alkatraz7065 жыл бұрын
Exactly...I use direct drives and it's great..so convenient
@anguianosboy5 жыл бұрын
Thats right man, actually to my the give was kinda confuse, cause i didnt know how hard i had to push the machine so naaaa, i ll still atick with direct drive,
@Serpentis666 Жыл бұрын
So nice to see someone that truly understands… most people have absolutely no idea… the hand is actually the “machine” and the tool just makes the needle go up and down… everyone wants to overcomplicate a very simple scenario, maybe because it makes them feel like they know more then the guy next to them…🤷🏻♂️

No such thing as a "flat Mag" there is a flat, which is needles in a straight row, or a mag which is the same number of needles just staggered or woven. I have no idea why pmu artist use mags or flats at all especially side to side movements the needles turn into a saw like that. A round long taper shader would be so much easier to use.
