If you have a European passport. Can you register parents in Nusuk who are not European passport?

Aoa, to the best of my knowledge, it won't be possible if your parents don't have passport from anyone of the serviced countries. you can check the list of serviced countries here hajj.nusuk.sa/ServicedCountries

If a family of three book a triple room, are they all going to be in same room or there is a possibility they might be split into different triple rooms?

If they are registered together in nusuk, they should get same room

In mina they would be split as camp for male/female is different
