If I buy scrap gold and silver from people, how do I know what to pay them, so that I can still make money? I knew a previous landlord and he would buy scrap gold, send it in to a gold place that would melt down the gold and he either had a choice of the gold or a 24 hour turnover to get money for the gold. I could never find out where he sent it. I’m a Christian and I am trying to prepare. If one has gold or silver, we can barter with it. How can I find out where to send it, to get the gold and silver purified. I remember if one wanted to get gold back, it cost a percentage. I like your channel. It is a ministry you have here, helping others with information. Thank you for all the time that you must have spent making these videos!😊

You know, I just wrote and erased everything about how to do this. I’ve been in this business my whole life army family since the 1800s. So No. none of your business until you’re in this business and have been for a long while.

AND my family- not “army family.”

Most refiners only deal with businesses unfortunately unless you have a rather large amount to melt

@@wedjr97if you’re really in the business I hope I never find out your store. Just based on this comment alone i would never want to buy or sell from someone as rude as you. Are you that greedy that you’re afraid of one random guy on the internet learning about how metals work? Btw to the op, if you want to learn more about possibly melting your own stuff then selling the pure products there are a ton of channels that would be more than happy to show you how to do it, and google is a great resource for finding refiners in your area, it’s possible depending on what you have they might be willing to work with you. Also most jewelry stores (smaller family owned ones are better) are more than happy to help you as long as you’re ok with them taking a reasonable cut for business

I want that scale

With the junk silver this is no longer relevant, premiums are stupid. They’re coming down but still somewhat high

You need to get yourself a digital scale.

digital scales require batteries. how do you weigh things when there are no batteries?
@Silvercrypto-xk4zy Жыл бұрын
Good idea to have and know how to use both. Digital fir the ease and more accuracy, this type for if no batteries or something happens to the electronics. People used analog scales for thousands of years before the modern digital ones
