Yes it allowed but it is not advised because you'll end up wasting lot of time.

@@aakashkumar4833 try to draw with a 30 min time limit and you will know . It's very time consuming as compared to drawing freehand . oops looks like I'm late 😅(assuming u gave uceed)

Just one question, are the questions going to be only of certain type in creativity, visual sensitivity etc (like icon making, object making) or they can vary as well? Yes, questions can be from different topics. Try to see it this way: Visual Sensitivity is just a parameter to test design and any design can be tested on this parameter. So the question can be on any topic within this. But, if you understand what visual sensitivity is why it matters, we are sure you'll be able to handle any question on this topic.

Sir,if CEED allows use of stencils.And for part B,what would be the paper size for drawing?Please reply

Paper size is generally A4. And you will end up killing your time in the exam hall if you are using stencils.
