Why didn’t you mention necrotizing myopathy Myositis? There are more than the 2 plus they can overlap! Myositis is horrific and I feel like you are making it sound like fatigue and a skin rash when it is devastating. Any thoughts?

I’m not a dr but my hubby has it. It may not happen to you. You may only get the skin stuff. It’s different with everyone. An anti inflammatory diet really helps him. Look up Dr Andrew Weil anti inflammatory diet. It could help your skin stuff and you may go into remission. Good luck with it.
