Why can't we sell the stake in that Private limited company or pledge them for taking money out? Selling stake would attract Capital Gains tax and not Dividend tax.

Sir, but withdrawal in form of Salary could also be done ? Then no tax on companies hands. We will pay on salary on individual hands .

No LLP with Single person. It need 2 or more partners

Yes, that’s why it is now taxed at full rate. Earlier it used to tax at concessional rates
