My ex-boyfriend and me work same company and some area. He is a lead. We broke up. But he still sexual harassment. I am from China and Traditional. He sexual harassing outside and not work place. He threatened me. I love my job and I am afraid of his power. Is it sexual harassment or not?

I have an ongoing sexual harassment case against a co-worker it's a Walla Walla union-bulletin I was forced to quit my job and move state of two states away to avoid this person cuz she use a sexual relationship to cover up the sexual harassment at work I'd like somebody to look into this and see what my options are as far as legal legal litigation

One warning sign of sexual harassment is loose talk related to one's private parts. Another warning is fapping in public - even if the fapping is not targeted toward the worker or the supervisor - it is still lewd and dissolute - hence very offending - and can still be considered sexual harassment.

So in this case, fapping - also known as dry-humping or jerking off - are great examples of "hostile work environment harassment". For example, a lower-level lady worker working at the office cubicle looks up at a businessman masturbating his crotch and then leaves. And even though the man disappeared, the lady suffers acutely severe emotional damage and fear - she has the fear that the man's non-penetrative sexual display at her could mean that the man could possibly rape her at a later time. The lady feels extremely offended and that's what hostile environment harassment looks like.

I had a secretary at a newspaper slap me in the ass twice and one of the secretaries told her that sexual harassment she's stop couple days later she tried to engage me into a relationship oh she finally convinced me she was serious and there was nothing to me no allegations but a weekend or two weekends later she didn't want to have anything to do with me she figured she was safe from sexual harassment charges now she's on calling everybody should get to harass me and I got some guy now Sam gay and constantly doing gay references towards me this is how sexual harassment is trees when it's women to men because it's never the woman's fault ever
