I once had an argument with somebody about whether or not "world peace" was possible. Their main reason against the possibility was that it's in our nature and that there will always be "bad people" to throw a wrench into things when we find a level of peace. I wasn't satisfied with this answer because I believe we're capable of so much more as a collective. I acknowledge how connected we are. However, it isn't easy to sense it due to our emphasis on the individual. When we tear all of that away we can recognize how dependent we are on one another and how our actions affect others beyond our comprehension. Sometimes I feel so helpless in it all but I questioned what I could do as an individual so that we could one day reach world peace. (Or at least create a better world even if it comes after I pass.) I assume that if we can create such a cold world through negative feedback loops we create a better one with positive ones. My prescription is essentially to have empathy for others, treat people with kindness, and take care of each other however we can. Create connections, heal together, and take pride in the collective (rather than taking pride in self or in a nation, etc.) This is all easier said than done but I think the key is being conscious of our actions, planting these seeds of hope in others, and condemning the horrors that we've always seen in this world. This confused the person I was speaking with because they couldn't see how "Connecting with people" could lead to something as grand as world peace. I feel like this video put what I've been thinking and feeling into much better words and I'm so grateful that there are people out there trying to figure this out because I haven't lost hope in humanity yet. I don't get the sense that you're striving for world peace but with a higher awareness of our condition I feel like world peace would follow if it's true that we are greater as a collective rather than as an individuals.

Well yeah. Regarding that. This video is part of a series where I am working on the scapegoat complex as it is called. Which causes both scapegoating and "bad people" as much as it keeps people victimised by this trapped in the same complex. A complex being an ingrained psychological pattern in the human brain. Sylvia Brinton Perera, a Jungian depth psychologist, worked on how to solve this in the individual. I am took her work and applied it to our tribe as a whole. So I have not only figured out thanks to Perera how to do the process, and refine it, but how if this would be applied in a specific way, the pattern could be taken away from the culture. The process itself is not entirely pleasant emotionally, but if people go through it, they are outside of the pattern itself. Meaning that the mechanism that creates projection and a need for something to be externalised onto others as the "scapegoat" is removed. Perera tested this clinically, on very many people, with much success. She herself went through the process too, next to various of her clients. With that you could say I have been working towards the idea of world peace. Not from a conventional manner, but a depth psychological one. Tackling the very root of shadow projection, which drives the behaviour itself. Leading people to commit bad things, and basically evil. Part of my exploration has been to look into the Collective Shadow (so how atrocities such as Nazi Germany, and the Witch Hunts function), what has been repressed culturally, and how to bring that back in a healthy way. Your prescription really is part of it too. It is what allows the individual to heal, as only through connection and facing our emotions and trauma together can we really do it. It is the scapegoat complex that keeps people from connecting with people in their shared humanity. Taking pride in some group or another, from an us versus them mindset. Instead of seeing that we can have our group, but that does not make us superior. Condemning the horrors, is a double edged sword. We should judge the behaviour yes. Yet also understand what drove it. Through understanding and wisdom can we prevent it from re-occurring. Well it would confuse them. As most people think we need some grand thing. They are like Saruman. They think we need grand powers and armies to defeat "evil", falling in the process towards the very thing they wanted to destroy. The path of connection is in the deepest sense the way to go. From everything I learned the last 8 years studying all of this. I am trying to bring people this higher awareness, so we could get there. Maybe not in our lifetime, but with shared effort throughout various generations, we could. I went through the process personally first, and added my own insights to it. I know personally it is possible to pull off in three years time. To free oneself from it. So it is entirely doable and possible. The only consequence is that you operate from a non-dual way of being.

In the series I am creating I am bringing a lot of historical context regarding repressed aspects of the culture, and later how this can be used to dismantle the complex in the brain. It is like a parasite or code embedded in the brain, that can be removed. So I will show all of you the tools to do it. The process itself involves a few steps. Firstly is to drop the people-pleasing or strong one persona. One has to face what is called the victim-child aspect. So think like wounded inner child. Next to allowing oneself to feel emotions like anger or any resentment one might have regarding the inner critic, and with this anger challenge the inner critic and internalised norms. Facing it takes time this way. But how more one processes the underlying emotions, how less of an influence it has. A lot of this work is emotional processing, cognitive processing and somatic work. By facing our inner shadows (trauma, things the culture has us repress like emotional vulnerability for instance), we slowly start to dismantle it. Part of it is establishing an inner dialogue with the unconscious through art or writing, or dream analysis. Where the key in the process is to reconcile dualities regarding any complexes you are working with. For the scapegoat complex it is about reconciling scapegoat and redeemer into one. Through this you get to the point beyond duality. Which is kinda a natural outcome of it. Though cultivating an inner morality is also important, so we do not with our anger or emotions lash out. But use discipline to channel it into healthy outlets. So we purge our bodies from the repressed emotions and unconscious content, and then we are free. Which through the cultivated presence this gives, we can be there for others without taking on their burdens or emotions. Hence if we go through this process ourselves, we can help others do the same. As connection is key in fully healing from it. The inner child needs to be seen and accepted as it is. Without judgement. Which allows the person to be freed from it. So we can through this have each new person help other people, and we create a ripple effect, that can exponentially grow.

Hi! I appreciate the work you have put into this video. Do you have any book recommendations around the topic?
@TheMysticTable3 ай бұрын
Thank you! Well I mean really a lot is based on Plato's cave and his writings on it. As much as the Buddhist idea of Maya. Combined with Jungian depth psychology insights. So you could read Allegory of the cave by Plato, Man and his Symbols by Carl Jung, and then there is also Playful Illusion: The Making of Worlds in Advaita Vedānta by Frederic F. Fost. That should be a good starting point.

Pretty much. I am just explaining the psychological mechanism behind it. Will go into how to leave the matrix as well, in the rest of the series. Kinda that is what it is about.
