Eckhart Tolle is a spiritual teacher and author, born in Germany and educated at the Universities of London and Cambridge. At the age of 29 a profound inner transformation radically changed the course of his life. He devoted the next several years to understanding, integrating, and deepening that transformation. With his international bestsellers, The Power of Now and A New Earth-translated into over 52 languages-he has introduced millions to the joy and freedom of living life in the present moment. The New York Times has described him as “the most popular spiritual author in the United States”, and Watkins Review has named him “the most spiritually influential person in the world.”
Eckhart’s profound, yet simple teachings have helped countless people around the globe experience a state of vibrantly alive inner peace in their daily lives. His teachings focus on awakening consciousness, which transcends ego and discursive thinking, and can be seen as the next step in human evolution. In the awakened state of presence, we discover what Eckhart describes as our essential identity-who we are beneath the surface-and its power for transforming our selves and our world.

In life things turn upside down and u question if there are even true friends out there. Sometime back, I caught red handed my husband with my own best friend in our own bed. I couldn't believe it wen I saw it and my heart started beating so fast and felt like my body is shaking then I ran straight to my elder sisters house. I cried so much and my sister left me to cry and told me it would ease the pain I was feeling then she sat me down and asked me if I still love my husband and I told her yes of course and she told me that we all learn and grow through mistakes and no one is perfect and told me that if I wanted my man back I should fight for him and never trust friends again. My sister told me to contact Mama Anna and told me she will help me bring my man back. It took me a month to think about it because we come from a strong christian background but things worsened because i could not even concentrate at work and i got fired, after that i remembered what my sister about consulting with Mama Anna. so I contacted Mummy Anna immediately and told her everything, she listened and she told me that she will solve all my problems with in 24 hrs. since it was my first time doing this, i could not believe her words just like that but i had to wait for the the 24 hrs, she cast a love and binding spell for me and immediately the spell worked, my husband called me and asked me where I was and he came straight to me and confessed how my best friend seduced him and he was sorry to fall into her trap and showed me all the messages my best friend was sending to him and promised never to see her again and promised to love me and only me. That evening he took me to a romantic dinner and he had baked a very delicious and beautiful cake for me. Since Mama helped me, I got a better paying than the previous one, my husband is back to the old man I used to know.he loves me so much and does everything to see that am happy. Thanks so much Mama Anna your spells indeed work. If your going through struggles, You can contact her on +27782391426

@@jackstubbington387 good night :) In terms of cultural thoughts idenfication for me it started at 10/11, you know didn't want my mother to pick up my clothes to use the next morning, would be more picky while shopping. But at 14/15 a huge turn a round happened where first I didn't know who I was and I wanted to be friendly with everyone, to make everyone feel happy, then anxiety started in some ways. But yes It was the same for me, never got a feeling of "revenge" towards someone that made me bad. I guess my unconsciousness never guided me in that way. I would have got angry with my sister or family and in the next hour We would be laughing together and that never stopped even today. The feeling of just being, of not trying to win over a person in an argument, the feeling of just let yourself be as is, letting yourself feel and express how you are feeling in that moment. That purity that is slowly coming back again to all of us "adults". Wish you a good night, and life is a beautiful thing :)

@@kirstenrussell3344 I don't have any son yet ahaha but since I can remember I always have loved to be around children to witness they purity, awareness, attention, just being without any thinking mind identification. I feel the same good energy from three two colleagues dogs Kiko, Kika, Toby. I usually meditate outside in my yard, listening to the birds chirping, the winds movement, and within the first minutes the dogs will try to jump over my lap ahaha then they would stop. When my meditation ends, I take a look around me to feel the nature around me and also check my dogs that are usually sitted down by the grass, close to my chair or laying down just aware. When it's a sunny day, I look at them and they are purely aware sometimes they scratch their body, they do agitative moves but while being aware and can see the sun light hitting their eyes, and I think to myself awareness itself, it's going to a magestic, awesome day, wish you much love and peace :) and definitely you are going to do a good job as a parent ✌️

E.T. is amazing. This is a problem that the whole world faces at this important juncture of this planet's existence. So many are caught in this daily grind fail to see that they have the ability to stop and think, in order that they might seek out the root cause of running on the hamster wheel of life. Once it is understood then it would become more physically possible to just be. This, in turn, would lead people to address the obstacles that prevent them from living a happy and fulfilled life.

Looking at the things that happen as challenges is truly helpful, it's like looking the fear in the eye and saying: ok, here you are, what can I do about it? It is as it is, can something be done or do I just have to accept that it is as it is? That's the first step anyway. Since I had a complication after the cesarian of my second child (27 years ago) and I didn't know will I survive and I was so calm, I wasn't afraid. The first thought actually was "well, why not me?". Being so calm from deep down might even have helped to survive. Since then I am not afraid of death, rarely afraid of things that happen. I take things as they are, I trust and walk the next step whereever it takes me. Actually Eckhart Tolle and other spiritual guides always help a lot. So thank you Eckhart! And Namaste to him and all of you here

I still dwell on the negative parts of my past, but my anxiety of the future is much less if not completely gone for long periods and I am conscious of bringing myself into the now. This has improved my now greatly, I feel much calmer and secure in myself and my reactions to situations. Thank you Eckhart Tolle

Yesterday I was told my best friend at 49 has cancer. Today I was told my mother in law has skin cancer and my son who is a top level hockey player will miss the season due to an injury. Still the sun rises and I’m sharing life with all the beautiful things that there are in this world. Life’s great teacher. Now really is all we have

Thank you, Eckhart, for this. I have never thought of viewing the difficulties in life in exactly this way. The more I think life is difficult, the more difficult it’s going to be. Makes sense, since that’s the way I view being sick. I refuse to be sick and never worry about getting sick so I very rarely ever get sick. Same principle! Much gratitude. 🙏🙏🙏 Love and light, blessings and namaste. 💖☀️✨💫🌈🕉🙏

I try to have the attitude that the world shouldn't continue as it is indefinitely but without having a hissy fit about the things that we are to overcome. Which is ironically pretty much hissy fits. Yes we are here to overcome hissy fits!!! I'm reminded of the monk who lived alone 10 years in a cave and when he rejoined the community he bragged how he never became angry once. Someone asked, Not once? He snapped back, Not once, how many times I have to tell you!!?!!!

Know that whatever you are going through, its temporary. You are eternal. You are the power. You are an individual expression of your Creator. You are life itself. Any problem in your life comes from an idea you believe to be true and a fear based emotion. Change must happen on a mental and emotional level. Thats where the magic happens. Powerlessness is an illusion. You are the power in your life. Any circumstance has no power or meaning other than what you choose to believe. Be strong and consistent. Stay blessed 🙏

As always very wise words. I have listened to Eckhart for many years now and most things he says comes from the shared place of wisdom. I question the idea though that the challenges in the mind is more in power for us to change than those around us. I know what he means on one level but at the same time the more I become present the clearer I see how everything is connected. Thoughts and feelings don't come from us only, that in itself is ego. They come as forms in this universe like everything else. They are just things that are not perhaps shared to the same extent in other humans realities. I think of people with adhd, schizophrenia, autism and depression etc. In depression it's very often hard to know if it's the thoughts that starts the depression or the depression that adds to the thoughts. I have found it easier to accept the bipolar challenge in my life if I see it as something that I don't do just because I am bad at staying in the present or that I refuse challenges. My illness comes whether I accept it or not. But it's easier to accept it if I don't think of it as something that is created by me because I'm not enough present or accepting of the present moment. I dont know if this makes sense to anyone reading it but I wanted to have it said.

This is the third time listening and commenting with in a year. I am learning to block out the negative commentary from others as well as my own. I picture in my mind Charlie Brown’s teacher’s voice it was always muffled and the words were not enunciated. Thank you Eckhart you have saved my life by teaching these spiritual concepts. I have learned to go around and over life’s many obstacles 🙏💜🙏

this video was exactly what i needed. i've been struggling coming back to high school after months off. during quarantine i had a lot of time and wasn't too busy and i was the most connected to myself i ever have been. now ive come back into school and i began losing touch with myself and my mind kept complaining "school shouldn't be this hard" or "kids shouldn't be that way." Maybe these daily challenges are exactly what I need to grow
