Proko broke his lessons up in different sections. This may seem at first like an advantage, however, all lessons seem to be disjointed. And no overall examples for the "whole" picture for the back in motion is given. Therefore, thanks a lot for your lesson helped me a lot!

This helped alot! Proko is fine but I don't really understand his videos much. Thank you!

Proko is like popcorn anatomy, although I think KZbin sections are just bs and misleading on purpose so you feel confused and buy his courses

i really love when you label a real person photo along with three d muscle. It’s so straight forward and clear to see, I’ve memorized all the back muscles theoretically but still don’t know how to present them realistically, thank you sooooo much this is exactly what we need to understand that!

Woah i definitely understand this video more than Proko's back muscles. Not saying his videos are bad, i love this and his videos.

I would say look at them still, but cross reference with looking at a 3d model.

Was actually hopoing to see the contraction and extension of the muscles under different examples, the stretch on the insertions to the bone, and actually how it would look artistically under different light conditions. Its ok for a find and seek exercise, but would have hoped in 3D it would have shown more,
@vloopyart3 жыл бұрын
It sure is difficult to find sources for that, I think its best to look at high definition videos on youtube of people working out or just people moving in general. Proko does mention all the insertions and some movements which are great! Heck i've also seen multiple great artists say look at pron, haha lots of movement there, but make sure its truly (HD).

Hey, I know this is an older video but I see that you still react to comments so I wanted to ask you if there is any way to get that 3D model. I've been looking everywhere and I can't find a 3D model where you can hide specific muscles on different layers. (Even prokos models only have them seperated as far as I can tell) I looked up your course and as far as I can tell it's not included. That would be so helpful!
@Victory3D3 жыл бұрын
Hi there, Yes, you can get it if you sign up for this course: victory3d.com/p/human-anatomy-for-artists You get the full body anatomy with each individual muscle fibers, but you will need Zbrush to open it. :)
@emaginenations3 жыл бұрын
@@Victory3D Hey, thanks so much. That is fantastic news. Since it's a membership service, do you know if I'll be able to access the file once the membership is over? And do you know if the free Zbrush (mini) is enough to open it?
@Victory3D3 жыл бұрын
@@emaginenations If you want lifetime access, you will have to choose the download option: victory3d.com/p/human-anatomy-for-artists-dl I don't think there is a free Zbrush. You can download it for 30 day trial I think. :)
@emaginenations3 жыл бұрын
@@Victory3D There is a free version called zbrush mini - either way I'm really thankful you took the time and effort to answer my questions. Thanks a lot, hope you're having a good rest of the day :')
