Padestrian expert...when the financier estimates the cost of projects, takes contract to build it, purchase the required material from his own company, bring his own labour and Pakistan only has to pay for the cost of projects with high and assured rate of interest in dollar terms. The end result is blind unbridled exploitation of the helplessness of Pakistan by iron clad brother...
