Understanding the climate-financial trap

What is the “climate-financial trap” that affects certain countries? This tutorial allows you to understand everything about the new tool developed by Bastien Bedossa, specialist in climate policies at AFD. It serves to build a systematic approach to detect and characterize situations of dual vulnerability of States: to climate change on the one hand and to financial crises on the other.
