Whatever ur explaining simply doesn't add up.. Lots of pipo travel back to Ug, visiting their family and loved ones, they come with gifts, personal stuff for use, friends gives us baggage for their families too, and ur asking taxs on those goods? This is total BS. So if I come back with a tv set for home use which obviously is goin to be more than US 500 u fuckin gonna charge me?. This is the only airport where baggage has to be rescanned upon leaving baggage claim.
