If we talk bout Sagittarius rising unique traits... i can tell you 3 traits : 1. They are religious and very devoted to their religion.. so, their own room or apartment has a strong religious nuance. 2. They can do childish acts often, why ? because they wanna make others laugh or upset, so they can laugh too... they can't show smiley face if their life is full of obstacles or sorrow for a long time, but they never forget how to laugh out loud... they really miss that moment. They enjoy being in a group of funny and humorous friends. 3. They are very discipline for spending money, bcos they have capricorn (saturn) in their 2nd house, they choose to be a "backpacker tourist" though they have a good job or business, but they will give donations with no doubt or give a good tip for a good service bcause they have to live a meaningful life.
