Mam, pwede po bang monthly summary na lang ng Sales at Expenses ang irecord sa General Journal? Kasi po nakarecord naman sa Cash Receipt Journal ang Sales at sa Cash Disbursement Journal po ang expenses. Income Summary po ba yung Account title na isusulat sa General Journal? Salamat po.

Hello mam. Ask ko lng if service company may Accounts Receivable credited to income acct. Is this already included in the Revenue of the company in computing income tax kahit di pa collected? Thanks in advance.

Mam Elsa, non vat po yung online business ko, pwede ko ba irecord sa journal yung supplier ko na raw materials though hindi valid yung receipts? Sa cash po bilang capital, kailangan nksave sa bangko for records in case msgwithdraw pra sa supplies or personal use? Sa rent po pano po kung walang resibo may-ar ng apartment? Pano ko sya irerecord as expenses kng walang valid receipts?

Hindi lng aq sure ha pero pde naman cguro e record mo pero hindi mo pde e claim na LESS expenses dahil wla kang supporting receipt. ito kung ang option mo sa filing is "itemized deductions", kung OSD naman or 8% flat rate, wla ka na e bawas na expenses. Pero cgurohin mo lang tama ung bookkeeping mo kasi e audit dn yan ng BIR.

Hi Ms. Elsa, just saw your video regarding zero rated sales. May i ask lang po, if when po dapat i-sama sa vat return ang mga zero rated sales ng company, upon collection po ba or upon recognition ng sale na puwede pong as a receivable. Thank you po in advance.

Accounting for VAt is accrual. So pag nirecognize mo na receivable at nag issue ka ng sales invoice dapat report mo na sa VAT returns. Pero kung services, upon receipt or collection mo irecognize at ireport sa VAT returns.
