I came on here because I’ve been called to 3am-6am prayer for a while. I’ve been resisting because I’m exhausted and desperate for sleep! It was powerful and humbling to hear that this is the most important watch of the day. “You fall into temptation because you did not take over the watch.” 😮

Okay I googled this like a week ago and I could not find anything on the internet that would tell me what you just explained so so simply. I kept getting first watch and fourth watch and I didn't I wasn't sure what that meant like I knew that it was a prayer time and I knew it was for the watchmen I knew it was a time that I was supposed to be watching but I didn't know when it was and I couldn't find it thank you so much for this clarity.

@rasthehead You can pray in the spirit, you can engage Mathew 6:33. In that scripture it's highlights the need to usher in God's government over your day, over your thoughts #dailybread, preservation from snares and temptations, and basically the Godlife of repentance, love n forgiveness.

There is actually 8watch hours of the day. The 6am to 9am, 9am to 12pm and 12pm to 3pm and 3pm to 6pm. Then the evening watch kicks in

A day is 12 hours. The night 12 hours. The day has 3 watches of 4 hours. The night also 3 watches of 4 hours.

Prophet when you start to pray at 9pm my question is you must prolong until 12am 🙏meaning when you started 9 to 12 is 3hour pray eg l pray 6pm mybe until 7 or 7.30 then l take a break reading the word then 9pm l start again praying until 10pm then taking a break 12am l pray again for an hour l sleep 3am l wake up again praying for an hour .Kindly give me the right format how to do it.Thank you
