That's actually the upper case of Greek symbol ρ, and it is the density of the material. Specific heat is denoted as Cp in this equation.

Respected sir, I think tiles is also at room temp, i.e. 37°C and hotness and coldness is not measure of temperature but its measure of heat transfer between two bodies
