If you can increase the distance between the speaker and the camera, it will appear more like the speaker is making "eye contact" with the audience, and also make the left to right eye movement from reading the script less distracting. Increase the font size of the script and use a wireless mouse (or any of a dozen other devices) to scroll as needed. You could also use a teleprompter to "do it right", but the above suggestion would require no other hardware. Great work tracking the narration with the mapping animation, though I think it should be synced a few seconds earlier as it frequently appears to be trying to catch up with the script itself (like the split second pause over the bridge before racing away).

The only soldiers Putin hasn’t committed are from Moscow & Saint Petersburg. He can’t send them without the risk of letting the Russian Elite know how badly it’s going in Ukraine.
