I think Undertaker will combo well with Smilley, Collector or any heavy unit like Cerberus, Hydra for suprise attack, but it will cost a lot of key to put out that combo. 9 key is very balanced for this ability.

O único problema é o seu custo,9 chaves!!! tá de brincadeira comigo alem dele ser ultra raro,mas não julgo,pra ter uma habilidade tão forte assim tinha que ser ultra raro e custar esse tanto de chave.Fico me perguntando se um dia teremos uma phobie com custo 9 comum🤔seria interessante

Reviving a phobie still subtracts their key cost from your current keys. That balances it out pretty well. A CD of 2 turns would probably be smarter though, it's just up to how the meta evolves around this phobie.
