2:34 "players" wtf!? I'm pretty sure corrupted BF has nothing to do with players If I remember correctly it's like pibby corruption virus Along with their other wrong connections to players, like reset. Isn't it obvious from their end that Corrupted BF is a complete different thing?

They think he's a player since no normal human would have the abilities that he had when he fought LB Sans as Glitch BF. Plus he was hacking in that fight and trying to delete Sans and only people able to access the files can do that. And the only case when a human like entity has ever been able to access the files to try something like that is when a player is involved at least in their experience. So that's why they think he's a player. Plus through out the fight they start noticing some oddities like BF choosing to run away instead of fighting since if he were a player he could just load and fight again. Or when he got weaker after dying 300 times and then actually dying permanently at the end. Remember they have no idea who he is or what the world he came from is about. For all they know it's just another AU that's extremely different from theirs so why couldn't there be a player controlling this kid? Of course now they're starting to realize that may not be the case.

@@imakegachaclubvideos6323 Sure, being able to see the code and even edit it in even the most minimal way, can only happen/work in rare situations. But still They know about Fatal Error and Gaster, X Gaster? And probably even Error that can see the code. If I remember correctly Fatal Error even goes around killing and stealing code to recreate his Papyrus or something like that. I'm not sure if it's still canon or outdated
