I don't think I've seen another remixer with such consistently good performance across multiple games and rock variations. Came for Battle Against a True Hero, stayed for literally everything else too. I can't even really explain it. Your style is clearly metal but it's not too blaring or thrashy. It's mystifying and entrancing. And then comes Heartache, which I've never been impressed with remix-wise, and you nail it again. Rock on, sir.

Thank you for your comment, it really means a lot to me! I've always liked experimenting a bit in my covers with different instrumentation, and to be honest I don't know if I have the skills to pull off a straight up "metal" style of arrangement consistently, so I always like to add a little flair to my arrangements through synths and orchestral sounds. It's really fun for me to do and I've been pleasantly surprised by a lot of people who also appreciate that style of arranging :)

I've definitely heard my fair share of GnR and other Slash projects! I'm more metal-oriented but I do like a lot of their songs and Slash's soloing style is pretty similar to what I like, you know, tasty licks with a lot of expression, bends and vibratos. He's got style for sure :)

@@ferdk16Heya Ferdk! It’s me again, though strangely enough I’m here for something different this time! Work on my Melee Modpack project has been unfortunately very slow and delayed due to a lot of both technical and personal reasons, but in the meantime I’ve fallen back in love with Guitar Hero. I’d love to play this song in the game! Through the open source Clone Hero, custom songs are able to be played but they require someone to chart them. I’m not good at charting so I was thinking of commissioning someone to chart the song. I fully understand that it is your song though and you may not be comfortable with your song being used as a platform to make others money. Would it be okay for me to commission this chart? And if it isn’t okay, would it be okay for me to create a chart independently (should I ever learn how to chart)? And finally, if the answer to either of these is yes; Do you have any kind of guitar tab or sheet that could maybe assist in the charting process?

@@Ultimalocked Hey! I actually wouldn't mind if you commissioned someone to chart this song (as long as it's for personal/non-commercial use). The charter can, of course, charge for their services, only thing I wouldn't want is for the chart to be up for sale publicly or something. Regarding Tabs, I do offer Tabs and Backing Tracks as a reward on Patreon, and the Tabs in particular are distributed in two formats: regular PDFs (just to read 'em) and a Guitar Pro format, which is the software I use to write them. The cool thing about Guitar Pro is that it uses midi so you can export a midi track out of it (and I often include most tracks in it, like drums and synths and orchestra, not just the guitars). If it's something that interests you, the links to it are in the video description :) Cheers!
