In my opinion, this is insanity --> last breath. because you can look at the phase 1 intro you can see that sans was experimented on by Gaster which drove him crazy. After ??? reset, somehow sans regained consciousness, gaster continued the experiment but this time he was more careful, gaster warned sans about the side effects of the previous experiment and gave sans the chemical syringe ( probably Determination) for sans use at lower dosages. this helps sans gain strength from Determination and minimizes the side effects. That why i thinks this is insanity --> last breath

So I don't understand some part a bit from under description lore... like you say he have "Half of INF" stamina but like half of infinite is still infinite so does it meant like his stamina is almost limit less but his body got strain by his own power or he's like unlimited stamina for half a day?

Insanity sans - incredibly strong one but uncontrollable , inexperienced of controlling himself Last injection - getting stronger by injecting the correct use of the syringe that gaster advised him Last injection phase 1 is same level as classic sans soon by later it became average last breath level In phase 2 last breath sans but more stamina and same strength as usual so the damage is the same as lb phase 2 Phase 3 hmm.... Something gaster that made it too far lmfao
