This cover feels like a heroic theme coupled with a vengeful intensity. Like Sans is going all-out, giving everything because he has nothing to lose. Yet it also feels like he's capable of giving up, because this song has such a continuous feel to it that if you just happened to lower the volume little by little before the end of the song (instead of the ending you did, although I still love the abrupt ending anyhow), it'd feel like the fight was ending as he was stabbed and slowly dying. Therefore, this is perfect and I wouldn't have it any other way ^.^

I had this song in a playlist for D&D combat music. I had the playlist running on loop through Rhythm on discord. My necromancy really player had one of his skeleton minions 1v2ing 2 skeletons they were fighting (a horde of zombies and skeletons). Both of the skeletons shot arrows at the player’s skeleton and they both hit. At the exact same moment I rolled the damage, this song started playing on Rhythm. Complete coincidence. The players skeleton lived on exactly 1 hp. To go with the meme, I described the players skeleton to fall to one knee but catching himself, grinning, and looking up at the other skeletons with a glowing blue eye lol. Because it was too perfect, I gave his skeleton two attacks instead of one and advantage on both attacks It missed both attacks and died the next round.

@@Rqptor_omega In the same combat as my original post, the party fought a boss fight (basically a tank from L4D) that would spiral in strength from the party missing attacks against it. They ended up never rolling below a 15 over 3 rounds, the paladin crit once and the rogue crit twice. It got shredded and never got to show it's true potential. And I had kept warning them to be take the fight super seriously because it was truly a dangerous fight (they were all new to D&D). Then it got turned into a joke fight lol.

@@Bigryguy95-epic RNGs are actual menaces man. Usually makes my players the menace though. A regular combat in my campaign goes from "this is easy" to "OH GOD WE MIGHT ACTUALLY DIE" because of how tough it was for me to balance things with my players being able to deal 100+ damage in a single turn combined but being unable to receive nearly as much damage as what they can inflict. Glass cannons are a pain for everyone
