Something not many people think about some of the monsters (basically just the main cast of Undertale) seem to have signs of having some fragments of soul traits within there soul papyrus mostlikely has kindness fragments (it could explain why he's so kind) undyne has determination fragments (this makes sense because undyne has determination to an extent) toriel has integrity fragments (she has a decent sense of integrity) and kindness fragments (she is very kind but not quite as kind as papyrus) asgore probably has perseverance fragments (it could explain why he has so much health why he tries his best in his fight but is fine with dieing or surviving in the fight) but sans has determination fragments (this could explain why he can remember timelines and is determined to win the fight despite his one health) patience fragments (it could explain his eye turning blue why he waits so long for his fight and his teleportation powers) and justice fragments (this explains why he has karmic retribution) the only thing (that I'm aware of) stopping this theory from being true is how do they have soul trait fragments within his soul

It is capable of entirely ignoring physical matter and attacking directly to the soul. It is the ultimate human extermination weapon. It is not intended to be used in the monster vs human war. It's not "bad time" instead it's his soul manipulation that's what his blue eye is for and the glitching is him controlling time or "being the biggest cheater" although sometimes the blue eye is not used
