Exactly toriel is COMPLETELY complicit in asgores actions asgore may have murdered the six humans and put their souls in glass jars but it was TORIEL who sent those six innocent kids to their deaths its the damn hypocrisy and toxicness from toriel that utterly pisses me off as otherwise she is a nice character who clearly has a sweetness to her yet she outright REFUSES to even TRY to stop asgore for fucks sake it took until FRISK fucking arrived for toriel to finally metaphorically grow a pair and follow after her child after condemning the last six human kids to death that is my biggest problem with toriel and even the games story itself why is it ONLY when frisk arrives and leaves to go at asgore that toriel decides to follow after her child why did it take until the seventh fucking child being sent to a untimely death by asgores hands and trident for her to stop being a complete pathetic hypocritical coward? its things like that that are genuinely and absolutely frustrating about the game since the game itself is otherwise well written except for with toriels bullshit with asgore
