The point of last hope is that Chara in as far a UT is concerned has a tendency to "brute force things" and that won't work against someone who is TRUELY DETERMINED [to help or hurt people]. The player [US] was the one who does EVERYTHING not Frisk, not Chara, not sans, nor even Undyne NOBODY BUT US. WE do the heavy lifting so Asriel can free his people [that can't happen if we don't make friends with them]. WE kill them all just because we can [and to fight stronger battles like sans and undyne] WE PLAYERS DO EVERYTHING without us this is what you have a human who only knows how to steal what isn't theirs They take our LV, our DT, our HOPES and DREAMS but what do they know? They only know how to brute force things though killing. But when the cards are stacked against them they can't even hurt us, not truly anyways. after all it's JUST A GAME. TLDR: Chara fight has a point you just need to think about it from a person perspective and not an NPC's perspective.

Some PIPIS just do it because they think it’s cool or something else. They may just be stressed and may vent by putting a swear in. There are lots of reasons. Don’t just assume that they are haters as that could cause your fan base to become toxic and could drive people away. Look and think to see if it is hate or helpful criticism that can be used to better yourself.
