They already exist, the problem is , they are all on russian, bit I guess you can find some translation or somethonig idk, the most popular russian AU is padzemkino, which is mix between gopnicks ( russian version of punk but drunk) amd UT, there is also AU about very old russia, but the no one remembers the name cause its a tounge twister. if you interested in more of this go check e621 and try to orentate on " russian text " or something idk.
