If you can play the whole piece then why "extremely slowly" ? For me, when I have learned the whole song (any song for that matter), I can just play the piece really fast (Or at any speed, but not until the point my hands go out of "sync" and play bass and the main part of the songs notes with a delay). Maybe the same is happening to you or are your hands and/or fingers not use to playing notes really fast?

It took me a while to finished this arrangement and all I have to say is it's possible to learn. The right hand is rather easy while the left one needs great agility to repeat the motion over and over accurately. Keep practicing the left one until you got used to it and the rest will be alright. Good luck.
