Nice work! A month isn't a very long time to be playing guitar 😋 just focus on single notes (the main melody) and then try playing the two notes at once with an easy song. I call that technique plucking, where your thumb will play down on the bass notes at the top and your index finger will pull up on the melody notes near the bottom. For the most part 😅

Haha! I spent so many years learning to read music, never use it anymore 😅 i think music theory is important, but the music notes system wasn't designed for guitar. Learning songs and having fun whilst doing it is all that matters!
