Your reading is spot on. My DM was my GP and yes he broke doctor patient boundaries. I suspect he confessed to his live-in girlfriend (the karmic) that he had been in a relationship with a patient (me) thinking she would forgive him and they would have make-up sex, but instead she was enraged. She may have used this information against him by reporting him anonymously to the Medical Board or threatening to. He might have blamed me to get forgiveness. She became pregnant in due course which may have been to entrap him. He married her, to give her son a name, but the marriage went belly up. Recently he called me after three years (no contact) to tell me his marriage was over and he wanted to see me (that same day!) Crazy stuff. For five months he continually delayed meeting me but on the weekend we were definitely going to meet, he informed me he was flying down to the city where his ex had moved and would be moving there permanently at the end of the year, presumably to custody with the child. In response I texted a polite goodbye. This is the concrete, real life version of the more abstract reading. You can't make this stuff up.
